The purpose of this blog is not in any way to cry wolf, but if you’re a parent or grandparent, a warning being issued by some school administrators may be worth hearing.
A new Netflix show called “13 reasons why” is raising concern because according to some, it seems to glamorize teen suicide.
Letters being sent to some Ohio parents suggest that they talk with their kids about the content of the program and use it as a mental health awareness tool.
“13 reasons why” sounds like more justification for the people who say we have more programming choices than we’ve ever had.
But, in turn, fewer good reasons to take our valuable time to watch.
That’s the way I see it.
