I’m hoping the thanksgiving holiday weekend will provide you a little time away from work, some time to spend with family and friends, and time to determine if you still love to get over loaded with all of the turkey stuffing and sides that go with a delicious family meal.
Congrats go out to the Lewis Family, whose Thanksgiving Day meal at the Civic center served more than 3 thousand people at no charge
And to members of the Delphos Knights of Columbus organization, who’ll spend part of their Thanksgiving holiday delivering home cooked meals to those in the Delphos school district unable to leave their homes.
Thanksgiving Day can be bittersweet for people and families who are, or have had to deal with, personal difficulties in the past year.
But regardless of our circumstances, there are still ample reasons to pause and give thanks for what we do have and for those who surround us.
That’s the way I see it.
