I’m a big fan of hugs.
And my family physician probably isn’t that excited that snacks are a big part of my daily diet.
But the story below, from our metro networks metro-source service, has me wondering if our young people will be adequately prepared for what can be a life that can be filled with as many “downs” as “ups”!
“(Columbus, OH) — A group of Ohio State University moms are trying to keep students’ spirits high as finals week approaches. The group has made it their mission to reduce stress by setting up a snack and hug station on the South Oval for each of the past two weekends. Organizers say they’ll be out again this weekend to show students someone cares about them during the most stressful time of the year.”
Attention college students!
My experience indicates your life will likely be filled with stressers that will make finals week seem like a walk in the park.
That’s the way I see it.
