Coming soon to a store near you could be ice cream that’s infused with alcohol. Ohio lawmakers are considering a bill that would expand the sale of such products containing up to 5 percent alcohol. I honestly didn’t know that for several years Ohio has allowed for the sale of alcohol-infused ice cream on the premises where it is manufactured. The new legislation, if it’s approved, would allow makers to sell their products to stores and even over the internet. I enjoy a drink and I’m a big fan of ice cream, I don’t mind mixing my mashed potatoes with corn and I like my hot dogs wrapped in bacon, but I’m thinking if you need an alcohol content to enjoy a bowl of ice cream you may just have a problem. That’s the way I see it.
