Following in the footsteps of other presidents over the past couple of decades, President Joe Biden will try his hand at making a splash on late night television tonight. If you’re not all tired out from a hard week of work and are so inclined, you’ll be able to watch Biden guest on “the Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon” tonight. We do know the appearance by the president will be a virtual one.  We can guess that the appearance will have been taped much earlier in the day today, and that the questions Fallon will serve up for the president will be softballs at best. What we don’t know is whether the president is making the appearance in hopes he can appeal to younger people who are most likely to be in the tv  audience and can shake off his image of being unable to answer questions that haven’t been given to him in advance.  I’m willing to bet that by the time the Biden appearance does take place tonight, Our president will be asleep, just like me. That’s the way I see it…
