If you had told me as late as 2 weeks ago that I would have taken in more than 6 hours of television time during the next to last weekend in March I would have been willing to bet all of the money my 401K plan has lost, and I would have lost. Heeding advice from experts we spent Saturday and Sunday in our home spending a lot of time in front of the tube, more time than I usually spend in a month. There were some things I learned over the weekend. Among them that there are some channels in my Dish package that we’ve never watched before that play very old shows like The Real Mccoy’s, The Big Valley and Daniel Boone that many people in our audience never heard of. If I had any doubts I know my bride loves me because she didn’t subject me to any Hallmark Christmas movies. I sure hope it warms up by this weekend. That’s the way I see it.
