Growing up as a kid I can’t remember ever thinking the entertainment my parents enjoyed was cool.
I wouldn’t have been caught dead at a Lawrence Walk or Frank Sinatra concert. That’s why the inter-generational success of the latest installment in the Marvel Super Hero series is so amazing.
Audiences filled with people from their teens to seniors helped “Avengers End Game” to crush all previous box office records.
The 3-hour-long plus movie generated 1.2 billion dollars world wide during it’s first 4 days of showings.
Generationally we may be divided on a host of issues these days but it appears the things we find entertaining can unite us at least for a few hours.
That’s a hopeful sign.
That’s the way I see it.
