Hearing the comments from our young grand sons about what they saw on a trip to Lima yesterday proved to me once again that I certainly don’t have the toughest job around.
They were noticing the guys working in the heat on a construction project at route 309 and Baty road, and the young woman standing outside in the 90-degree heat holding a sign promoting a sale at Ashley Furniture as we rode in the comfort of our air-conditioned car. Hats off to people who have to earn a living working outside regardless of the weather. You do have my respect and admiration. They did ask why a young girl was running down the street near St. Ritas Medical Center when it was so hot outside and I had to admit that I hadn’t a clue.
That’s the way I see it.
