We’re now 15 days in to the New Year. How are those new years resolutions you made working out? Are you sticking to your promise to yourself to exercise more, to eat less, to develop a better work-life balance or spend more time with your family? My guess is the answer isn’t real well. By this time most of us have found plenty of excuses and plenty of reasons to give up. Most people I know find dieting, exercising and other self-improvement strategies tough to carry out as the year drags on. Many of the happiest people I know like themselves just the way they are, even if it doesn’t please their health care provider. If you haven’t done so well with your 2,020 resolutions don’t feel too disappointed. You have plenty of company. That’s the way I see it.
