It’s unfortunate that the pace at which we live doesn’t often give us the chance to let people know how important they are to us or how little things they do can make an impact on us.
But my day would not be complete if I didn’t thank the speech therapist who was kind enough to suggest an ointment that seems to be a great help in dealing with the dry mouth/dry throat side effect of one of the chemotherapy drugs I’ve taken.
And ther is the Hardin county listener who emailed nice comments about the openess with which I’ve shared my current battle with bladder cancer during segments on Koza In The Morning on our sister station Sports Radio 93.1 The Fan.
There have also been so many people who’ve expressed their support in phone calls or emails over the past month.
I only hope that in some way, some day, I can return the favor.
That’s what makes life worth living to me.
That’s the way I see it.
