A group of local volunteers are putting the finishing touches on an annual feature of the holiday season that is one you won’t want to miss.
The Delphos Canal Commission’s 20th annual Christmas Tree festival opens this saturday to run through December 30th at their museum on main street in downtown Delphos.
The festival features nearly 100 specially decorated trees with the theme “See The USA” .
The trees, decorated by commission volunteers and various local groups of all ages highlights places of interest throughout the country in celebration of the holiday season.
The museum is truly a local treasure that amazes everyone who stops by to take a look.
The museum will be open thursday mornings from nine until noon Saturday and Sunday afternoons from 1:00 P.M. until 4:00 P.M. through December 30th
It will also be open from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. during the annual Home Town Christmas event on friday night November 30th.
