Word early this morning that negotiators for the president and the leadership in the U.S. Senate had reached agreement on the terms of a Corona Virus relief and stimulus package Is welcome news to Americans who’ve seen their jobs temporarily curtailed  by the virus and for business owners who’ve been seriously impacted by the out break. The package which will apparently be moving forward quickly would provide cash payments from the government in Washington to every adult and child in the country as well as assistance to struggling businesses and industries.  I’ve heard a lot about the debate between Republicans and Democrats about who should get how much in assistance and unrelated items some Senators wanted to try to tie to the package, but no discussion on how the package will be paid for. I guess we’ll worry about that another day. That’s the way I see it.
